Let me tell you about the IELTS examination – it is a two (2) hours and forty-five (45) minutes test that assesses the four language skills; Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The time for each language skill – Listening (40 minutes), Reading (60 minutes), Writing (60 minutes), and Speaking (11–14 minutes).
There is no pass mark in IELTS, the institution or establishment where the result is needed determines the pass mark. The IELTS result is valid for two years after which it is of no use. The score band is from 0-9.
